Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d)
In our team in Reutlingen or Stutensee, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist, Fulltime or part-time (20+ hours/week), who will support the Customer Service team on process improvement and with general administrative topics.
Key tasks / Key responsibilities
- Order Management, including processing orders and transactions and maintaining billing and credit notes.
- Build strong relationships with customers by handling questions and concerns.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Keep records of customers interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods / tools.
- Close cooperation with several departments e.g. Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics.
- Complaint handling (troubleshooting) and assisting with customer returns (RMA).
Qualifications / Skills
- Customer service experience (automotive experience is a plus).
- Suitable (commercial-administrative) education with good technical understanding.
- Familiar with CRM and ERP System (SAP experience is an advantage).
- Effective written and oral communication skills in English and German.
- Team player.
- Flexibility to travel to our subsidiaries in Germany from time to time, mainly in the training period.
