Customer Service & Logistics Specialist (m/f/d)

In our team in Karlsruhe, we are looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist (m/f/d)

Key tasks / Key responsibilities

  • Preparing shipments to customers and customs documentation.
  • Link with our external warehouse on shipment (incoming and outgoing), documentations (delivery notes, proforma, AWB, ABD (customs document), etc.), inventory monitoring and manage goods movements in SAP.
  • Checking outstanding deliveries at month-end and performing post goods issue as needed.
  • Manage communication with the forwarders including monitoring of shipments.
  • Manage customer related items including the following but not limited to customer return handling, shipping communication, customer sample shipments etc.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Commercial vocational training, e.g. as ‘Industriekaufmann’ (m/f/d), ‘Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann (m/f/d), ‚Speditionskaufmann‘ (m/f/d).
  • 3-5 experience on logistics processes and customs declaration is a must.
  • About 3 years’ experience in customer service.
  • Proven track record of SAP MM/WM user knowledge.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Agile team player.
  • Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in English and German languages.
