Sales Manager EMEA (m/f/d)
In our team in Reutlingen (DE) or Eindhoven (NL), we are looking for a Sales Manager EMEA (m/f/d).
The Sales Manager EMEA is responsible for the development and management of key accounts and sales channels within EMEA while achieving revenue goals and growth. The position holder will manage direct customer accounts and distributors.
Key tasks / Key responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies, activities, and objectives for EMEA to achieve market share growth and maximize sales revenue and profitability.
- Drive revenue development and achieve revenue goals.
- Assure that channel-partners/distributors develop and optimize their focus to support strategic business objectives as well as complete technical support to customers.
- Conduct periodic business reviews with channel partners to ensure ScioSense is represented effectively to all customers.
- Update all identified business opportunities via CRM system so all team members can be kept aware of the progress of potential sales and ongoing projects.
- Provide input to Product Marketing, Engineering, and Operations teams to help direct the development of new products that reflect market trends and customer needs.
- Develop quarterly and annual territory / customer revenue forecasts to meet ScioSense growth objectives.
Qualifications / Skills
- Must have a BS in Engineering or Science with Technical Sales Channel/ Distributor experience.
- 5 years or more of technical sales experience preferably in flow or environmental sensor market.
- Adept at building relationships across all business sectors.
- Highly customer focused with customer service orientation.
- Start-up mentality with deal closure focus.
- Highly pro-active team player.
- Must be available for extensive domestic and international travel.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, MS Teams, and database applications
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English and preferrable in German.
