As a company comprising of separately incorporated legal entities, ScioSense is not subject to the Entity List prohibitions applicable to Wise Road Capital.

Committed to upholding the highest standards of compliance and integrity, ScioSense will not export, reexport, or transfer to Wise Road Capital any items subject to the Export Administration Regulations without prior licensing from the Department of Commerce.
