Senior Development Engineer (m/f/d)
In our team in Karlsruhe, we are looking forward to your support as a Senior Development Engineer.
Key tasks / Key responsibilities
- Product development.
- Module design and module validation.
- Creation of product documentation, technical specifications, and datasheets.
- Root cause analysis of device failures.
- Cooperation with external subcontractors.
- Support design considerations including yield optimization, manufacturability and design for test.
- Support of production test and product qualification process.
- Support tasks for Marketing and Sales.
Qualifications and Skills
- M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Sciences or equivalent areas.
- +8 years of experience in the electronics/semiconductor industry in the area of sensor system development.
- Profound understanding of sensor application development, specialization in flow sensors.
- In-depth understanding of electronic circuit design and module design as well as good understanding of Time-of-Flight measurement principles and ultrasonic flow sensor principles and functionalities.
- Know-how about 3D-printing and moulding tools beneficial.
- Experience with measurement automation and data extraction.
- Good communication & problem-solving skills.
- Specification, presentation and organizational skills.
- Team player.
- Languages: fluent in German and English (spoken and written, at least C1 level).
