The ENS21x is a family of high-performance temperature and relative humidity sensors with accuracies tailored to the needs of specific applications.
With industry leading accuracies down to 0.1°C temperature and 0.8% relative humidity, their rapid response and reliable, long-term performance, the ENS21x family addresses the fields of home appliances, building and automotive HVAC, cold chain management, personal health and wellness monitoring, industrial automation and instrumentation.
Encapsulated in a tiny QFN4 package, the devices feature an I²C interface to communicate with an external host processor. Moreover, the ENS21x family provides digital, pre calibrated outputs (Kelvin and % relative humidity) and works well with ScioSense’s gas sensor portfolio.

ENS21x sensor family quick-reference table
The ENS21x evaluation kit is a combination of all ENS21x family members on flexrigid PCBs and a micro-USB-to-I²C convertor.
The evaluation kit connects to a Windows PC via USB port and the sensor is powered via the micro-USB- to- I²C convertor. It can be controlled by a Windows PC-based application, which demonstrates the relative humidity and temperature values measured by the sensor. The PC application can also be used for logging sensor data as well as to monitor the I²C transaction. The evaluation kit can also be used for quick integration into end customer’s application.
